Self-Assessment & Your Report

How do I get my report?
Your report is built from two sides: your own self-assessment and the anonymous feedback of people you invite. Complete your self-assessment on the dashboard, then invite people you trust. As their responses come in, your report and perception gap fill in automatically.
How do I invite people to evaluate me?
From your dashboard, open the invite panel to generate a private invitation link. Share it with people you trust — friends, family, coworkers. Their responses are anonymous, and you only ever see aggregated results, never who said what.
What is the Perception Gap?
The Perception Gap is the difference between how you rate yourself and how the people you invited rate you, across each trait. A small gap means your self-image lines up with how others experience you; a large gap highlights a blind spot or a hidden strength to work on.
Are the evaluations of me anonymous?
Yes. Feedback from the people you invite is always anonymous and shown only as aggregated scores. You never see who submitted what. We believe anonymity encourages honest, unbiased feedback without fear of awkwardness or retaliation.
How many responses do I need for an accurate report?
Even a few responses give you useful signal, but the more people you invite, the more accurate and stable your report becomes. Partial responses still count toward your overall scores and perception gap.
Can I edit my self-assessment after submitting?
Yes. Your self-assessment is yours — you can revisit and re-take it over time. Tracking how your self-ratings change alongside others' feedback is part of measuring your growth.

Privacy & Safety

Is my information kept private?
Yes. Your account information, email, self-assessment, and report are private to you. The feedback others give you is anonymous and aggregated. We never share your personal data with third parties without your consent.
Who can see my report?
Only you. Your report is private by default — there are no public profiles and nothing to claim. You choose if and when to share any part of your growth journey.
How do you keep feedback honest and safe?
Feedback comes only from people you personally invite, and it's always anonymous and aggregated. We use account verification and pattern detection to protect against abuse, and multiple responses help balance out any outliers.

• Browser issue - Try refreshing or using a different browser
